Letting go can be one the hardest things to do in life, I can tell from personal experience sometimes what we grip to tight in fear of loss, God will take it from us. For I know this as I set my husband up high on pedestal higher than God himself. After 20 plus years together that came to tragic end. Divorce they say is worse than death. No finality. He could do no wrong in my eyes. Yet we were both a train wreck just waiting to happen. Letting go of him and what was has been healing. It has helped me let go even more that I am not in control of. Wow. That was a mouthful. Thanks for sharing. Lovely post!!
True, that is courage indeed!

Great post. I like to apply ‘letting go’ to forgiveness. Forgiving those who hurt us takes courage and it also frees us from a great burden!
